Order handling and preparation takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed after the 3:00 PM GMT-5 cut off are handled on the following business day where applicable.

The estimated transit time is 7 to 11 business days after dispatch. Preparation time and transit time are separate stages. Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is provided.
