Axora Living provides free shipping. Orders pass through a preparation stage before dispatch, followed by transit to the delivery address entered at checkout. The times below describe these two stages separately and should not be treated as a single guaranteed delivery date.
Order Handling and Preparation
Order handling and preparation takes 1 to 2 business days. The cut off time for order handling is 3:00 PM GMT-5, using the company time zone. Orders placed before the cut off are handled in line with the normal preparation process. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT-5 are handled on the following business day where applicable. Weekends and nonbusiness days may affect when the next business day begins.
Transit Time
The estimated transit time is 7 to 11 business days after dispatch. Transit time begins after the preparation stage is complete and the order has been sent out. Actual arrival may be affected by circumstances during transit, so the estimated range should be used as a guide rather than a fixed arrival appointment.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. No shipping charge is added under the stated shipping policy.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Check your shipment's progress using the tracking number and details supplied. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch, so allow time for the carrier information to become available. You can track your order here.
If an Order Is Delayed
If your shipment has not arrived within the expected transit timeframe, allow an additional 2 business days. If it still has not arrived, contact customer service with your order number and tracking information, if available.
